What are the responsibilities and job description for the INFUSION PHARMACY COORDINATOR position at Sentara?
Sentara Home Care Services Chesapeake is now seeking an Infusion Pharmacy Coordinator!
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8A-4:30P and 9:30A-6P.
**THIS IS A ROTATING SHIFT THAT WILL CHANGE WEEKLY**
This position is administrative and will consist of answering phones, processing medication refills, and calling patients for supply needs. You will work directly with other technicians and pharmacists to complete refills and referrals.
Qualifications:
Pharmacy Technician applicants must have High school education and one of the following: one (1) year experience in a health care environment; six (6) months of retail pharmacy experience; enrollment in a pharmacy technician training program; or enrollment in or completion of a pharmacy school or health sciences, life sciences or program of studies leading to an Associates in Science degree.
LPN applicants must be a graduate of a National League of Nursing of State Board of Nursing accredited LPN program.
Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician or a Licensed LPN licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia
