The Cost Accounting Manager will serve as a strategic financial leader, partnering with the VP of Finance to oversee the full P&L management for North America operations, including our manufacturing facility in Sandpoint, Idaho. This role will drive financial strategy, cost control, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Divisional Controller will lead budgeting, forecasting, standard cost management, and inventory valuation, while working cross-functionally to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across all departments.

- Lead all financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the division, ensuring profitability and cost optimization
- Oversee the development and maintenance of standard costs for raw materials, labor, and overhead
- Act as a key financial advisor to the VP of Finance and divisional leadership team
- Lead financial audits, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting while enforcing internal controls safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies and GAAP
- Ensure accurate valuation of inventory and lead initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete stock
- Own the division's budgeting and forecasting process, providing accurate projections and financial insights
- Present monthly financial performance reports, highlighting variances and actionable recommendations
- Quarterly travel to our manufacturing facility in Sandpoint, ID required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field is required
- 7 years of progressive experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or divisional financial leadership
- Experience with full P&L ownership, manufacturing finance, and standard costing required
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet all deadlines while executing complex financial deliverables
