Qualifications:
- CPA or EA certification required.
- 6 years of technical tax experience in public accounting, with a focus on high-net-worth clients- $10M
- 1-2 years managing direct reports
- Strong expertise in individual, estate, gift, and fiduciary taxation.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and provide strategic tax insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts.
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and estates.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients while mentoring and developing a high-performing tax team.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including estate (Form 706), gift (Form 709), and fiduciary (Form 1041) tax returns.
- Respond to federal and state tax notices and represent clients in audits.
- Oversee multiple tax engagements simultaneously, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored tax strategies.
- Communicate complex tax matters in a clear and accessible manner to clients and internal stakeholders.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
