We are seeking skilled and reliable Robotic Welders. The primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain robotic welding machines to produce high-quality welds on various metal components.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor robotic welding machines to ensure proper weld quality and efficiency.
Load and unload parts into the robotic welding system.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding robots and equipment.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet industry standards.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in robotic welding or a similar welding role.
Knowledge of robotic welding machines and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Flexibility to work the 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM).
