Design Engineer Entry Level

20.00 to $25.00 plus full benefits
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented entry level design engineer to do AutoCAD detailing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely drawings, details, and material lists that meet customer and company specifications.
This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD , strong critical thinking skills, and a thorough understanding of fabrication processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create precise and timely drawings, details, and material lists in compliance with customer and company specifications.
- Develop new details for special applications as required.
- Read and interpret quotes and customer-supplied drawings to produce necessary documentation.
- Occasionally travel to job sites for field measurements, site surveys, and erection.
- Program ACM panel fabrication using nesting software.
- Review and verify the accuracy of drawings, programs, and material lists.
- Ensure all required information is available in job files to complete tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and clients to maintain strong working relationships.
