Definition
The equipment installer/ technician is an entry level position for an Electronic Monitoring, GPS equipment installer. The installer is primarily responsible for performing equipment installations, removal and troubleshooting of all equipment, along with daily client scheduling and inventory control.
Schedule: Mon-Fri- 10am - 6pm
Pay: $16.75 - $17.00 plus mileage *you will need to drive your own vehicle

Essential Functions
- Check, test, and record the use of all units, ensuring that adequate supplies are available at the start of each day.
- Visit participants’ homes to install, inspect and pick up equipment as required by service orders.
- Visit government agency offices such as courts, police departments and probation offices to install, inspect and pick up equipment as required by service orders.
- Explain and advise participants of the terms of the electronic monitoring order
- Complete visit reports and other relevant paperwork to ensure that an accurate record of all activities for each participant is available.
- Maintain a record of mileage and a weekly checklist. Log results of all service calls, installs, and pickups in log while at participant’s home and coordinate results with Dispatch team.
Requirements
- Criminal Background Investigation and Drug Screening
- Excel/data entry skills a plus
- Must hold a valid Driver's License and automobile insurance with reliable vehicle.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
