What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support Engineer position at Sentinel Offender Services?
Responsibilities :
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for one of our major clients. This will require both troubleshooting and repairing of desktop and laptop hardware. This role does require local travel as needed. This is a full-time opportunity located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware
- Experience with re-imaging software a must, SCCM experience preferred
- Experience working in a similar position
- A Certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and to stand for a long period of time
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
