JFNDNP
As a Computer Technician you will provide site support and assist with lifecycle management of computers, imaging peripherals and mobile devices. You will work directly with end users to help troubleshoot their devices and escalating issues as needed. This is a 6 month contract opportunity reporting onsite in Vernon Hills, IL.
- Must have a year of experience setting up laptops and desktops for users
- Must have experience with Active Directory and Office365
- Prior experience supporting the maintenance of hardware and software highly preferred
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Experience with Reimaging preferred
- Experience with Documentation and Inventory preferred
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
