IT Cloud Microsoft Engineer

Sentinel is seeking an experienced Microsoft Cloud Engineer for a hybrid Microsoft stack with one of our clients. You should have hands-on experience with deploying, administering and supporting O365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange, InTune, One Drive, Sharepoint, Teams, Copilot and Defender. As a member of a larger IT team, you will be integral in ensuring a highly available environment while working with cross functional teams. Responsibilities will include working with vendors, testing and evaluating current and future tech solutions and maintaining industry compliance. This position is 100% onsite in Mason, Michigan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current Microsoft/Azure certifications preferred
• 3 years of hands-on experience with the M365 cloud-based stack
• Experience with Linux or similar enterprise environment
• Knowledge of Power Automate, PowerBI, Teams and Forms
• Ability to administer Windows 10/11 and Microsoft O365 application suite.
• Candidate should have some experience and knowledge across other disciplines as well. That would include core networking functions, storage, backups, virtualization and security. Ex VMWare, OKTA, CrowdStrike, VPN, Firewalls and Veeam
• Excellent communication with all levels within the organization
• Possess a level of excitement for IT that translates to delivery of responsibilities
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
