The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and various IT-related issues. The primary objective is to ensure efficient and timely resolution of technical problems to minimize downtime and maintain a high level of user satisfaction. This position a contract position onsite in Houston, TX.
- Experience supporting 300 end users in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with intermediate to senior level support of systems, network and hardware/peripherals
- Ability to effectively with all levels within an organization
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems to meet SLA’s (ServiceNow and Fresh Service)
- Comfortability performing remote and deskside support
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
