Responsibilities

Sentinel is seeking a motivated individual that has experience in identifying and converting leads into long-term customers.  This role will support our Wisconsin based customers in various industries.  With a base salary, bonus plan and un-capped commissions, you have unlimited earning potential. We offer full support to our sales staff, which includes Infrastructure Architects, Pre-Sales IT Solution Architects, Administrative Support, and Project Management, to ensure you can focus on what you do best which is to continue to grow your book of business while nurturing existing accounts. This is a full-time position that can be based out of our Milwaukee, WI or Downers Grove, IL office location with the primary focus on building new accounts in Wisconsin

Qualifications

  • 2 experience in technology based sales roles.
  • Candidate should be an experienced self-starter with the ability to ramp up quickly
  • Experience in selling IT Infrastructure or Managed Services preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with Wisconsin based accounts.
  • Experience prospecting for new business using a hunting mentality
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of closing business utilizing a consultative selling approach
  • Must be an aggressive self-starter with excellent prospecting, relationship building, and closing skills
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Compensation Range:  $60,000 – $200,000/annually (base plus uncapped commissions)
