We are currently looking for a DCJS Training Director to take over our training department and manage the training of current and prospective employees. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :
- Manage, run, and upkeep our in-office DCJS training school
- Instructing scheduled DCJS classes with current and prospective employees
- Build and manage the training schedule
- Contacting candidates that are signed up for the course to confirm attendance in preparation of the class
- Flexibility to help with running or filling in for impromptu DCJS classes as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Experience : Successful candidates will have an extensive background in DCJS, law enforcement, military, or private security training and extensive managerial experience.
