Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This on-site position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative office environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to set you up for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and processing transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share feedback with management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented office environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Bronx, NY office. Regular business hours apply, with occasional flexibility required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
