We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Division President in our Minneapolis, MN market. The Division President is responsible for the day-to-day management of the employees and the division as a whole, to ensure that they are meeting service-level commitments and overall financial goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide leadership and assistance to the division employees, including technical direction and work-related advice, with an emphasis on customer service, client retention and growth
- Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community
- Maintain responsibility for the achievement of annual sales and contribution goals of the division
- Recruit, select, train, and manage division employees
- Support Division with initiatives and operations
Applicants Must:
- Maintain licensing in some states
- Have at least 3 years of previous leadership experience
- Have at least 3 years of previous Community Management Experience
- Be professional, organized and self-motivated
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
- Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
