What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Visit Coordinator position at Sentry Management?

We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Compliance Driver for our Boise, ID market. This position requires substantial driving in an assigned territory for the purpose of reviewing compliance and customer service.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Observing and noting violations for homeowners’ associations
- Reviewing common areas for repairs
- Providing written and app-driven reports
- Use of I-Pad to photograph and track
- Weekly neighborhood inspections
- Additional customer service duties as assigned
Applicants Must:
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
- Have a reliable vehicle that can be utilized
- Be professional, organized and self-motivated
- Be able to work independently with little supervision
- Possess general computer skills
