Roofing Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced roofing foreman. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to over seeing roof replacements from start to finish. This entails hauling dump trailers, delivering materials to the job, getting crews started, tracking job progress and helping with installation when necessary.

We specialize in metal roofing so experience with metal roofing and fabrication is important. We manufacture our own metal panels and trims. The roofing foreman will also help run our roll forming machine and computerized break for making trims. We can train the right candidate to operate the roll former and break as long as they have prior roofing experience. We are a growing company looking for someone reliable and flexible to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Help with roof installations when needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of work quality and provide feedback for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with crews to ensure project timelines are met.
• Operate roll forming machine and computerized break. (training provided)

Requirements

• Good driving record
• Experience hauling trailers
• Knowledge of metal, shingle, tpo and modified roofing installation.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
• Good orginizational skills and ability to communicate.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
