We’re currently hiring an experienced **Service Department Integrator / General Manager** to lead our growing South Dakota Service Division. This is not just a management role—it’s an opportunity to own the integration of people, operations, and finance in one of our most critical departments. You’ll be the point person who ensures accountability, sharpens focus, and brings structure and clarity to day-to-day operations while driving financial performance and strategic goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead and motivate the service department team with clarity, direction, and purpose.
• Oversee daily operations while ensuring accountability across all roles and projects.
• Drive the completion of departmental initiatives and strategic priorities.
• Own the department’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and budget.
• Integrate service operations with sales, engineering, and finance.
• Remove operational barriers that hinder safety, productivity, or profitability.
• Ensure all core processes are documented, followed, and improved over time.
• Own and manage the department’s Scorecards, VTO (Vision/Traction Organizer), and Accountability Chart.
• Track and report KPIs to ensure financial and operational alignment with company goals.
• Support employee development and performance with structured feedback and coaching.
Who You Are
• An experienced operational leader who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Comfortable making decisions, holding others accountable, and maintaining alignment across departments.
• Strong understanding of service operations, scheduling, and project execution.
• Financially literate and capable of managing budgets, reviewing job cost reports, and leading P&L discussions.
• A confident communicator who can unify cross-functional teams.
• Naturally detail-oriented and committed to building sustainable systems.
• Knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
