Overview
We are seeking a Community Gate Attendant to become an integral part of our team. In this position, you will be acting as a community relations officer assisting residents and guests enter into an 1800 acre community with a golf course, restaurant, bar, Welcome/Visitor Center, amenities and more!

Responsibilities: What’s the job like?
- Work in San Marcos's most upscale gated community with restaurant, gym, pools, and an 18 hole golf course
- Greet customers at the entry gate as they arrive (Gate House is roomy, and has A/C and Heat!) - Comfortable working enviroment
- Check Visitors into the property
- Answer Guest's questions and provide them directions to their destination within the community
- Issue residents vehicle access passes
Qualifications: Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
- Professional appearance
- Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills
Additional Details:
- Location: San Marcos, Texas
- Compensation: $14-15/hr Starting DOE
- Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
