We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to assist with the planning and execution of our full events calendar in the Americas and EMEA regions with some support for our APAC events. This person should have experience managing logistics and operations of corporate B2B events. The position will align directly with the Field Marketing organization and collaborate closely with the broader marketing organization and key stakeholder departments like sales, finance, GTM ops and more.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn, a desire to work collaboratively on a variety of programs and the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:

What you'll do:
- Support the Field Marketing Team in managing events that drive new business for SEON from start to finish
- Coordinate sponsorship deliverables and staff travel, branded product fulfilment, logistics
- Source and manage vendors for SEON-hosted events
- Assist with the planning and execution of customer programs
- Assist with the planning and execution of internal events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track, align with goals, and remain within budget
- Contribute to the evolution of event operations by identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements. Develop and maintain process documentation and templates as needed
- 2-4 years of experience in field/event marketing ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with effective project management, time management, prioritization and organizational skills, with extreme attention to detail
- Keen to learn and find better ways to do things
- Strong verbal and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative with an optimistic "can do" attitude and a strong sense of teamwork
