What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef position at Seoul Kitchen?
Seoul Kitchen is a modern Asian restaurant located in Westford, MA. We are a 160 seat restaurant featuring a Korean kitchen, sushi, and a large craft cocktail bar. Since opening early 2015, we have been the premier Asian restaurant in the area. We have grown in sales every year and even in 2020 (Covid year). We go to great lengths to care for each staff member and our overall success exemplifies that.
We are seeking a talented Chef to fill our BOH Seat on the leadership team. Candidates must have 4 years of experience working as a Sous Chef or higher. We are looking for someone who has the skills to measure and track food cost, create and execute specials, and provide leadership to our back of house. We are looking to grow the business by opening more restaurants. There is a high potential for career growth as the business grows.
Candidates will work 5 days a week between 50-55 hours. Benefits include the following:
