What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sushi Chef position at Seoul Kitchen?
Seoul Kitchen is a modern Asian restaurant located in Westford, MA. We are a 160 seat restaurant featuring a Korean kitchen, sushi, and a large craft cocktail bar. Since opening early 2015, we have been the premier Asian restaurant in the area. We have grown in sales every year even in 2020 (Covid year). We go to great lengths to care for each staff member and our overall success exemplifies that.
We are seeking a talented Sushi Chef to work with our Head Sushi Chef. Candidates must have 4 experience making sushi. Candidates must be able to break down whole fish, make sushi rice, nigiri and maki. Other sushi skills such as sauces, knife skills, prepping are also musts.
Candidates will work 5 days a week between 50-55 hours. Benefits include the following:
