Job Summary
Seoul Shildang is the new style of Traditional Korean Cuisine.
We are looking for a qualified Cook / Meal Prep who can work in the kitchen.
Duties include but are not limited to food prep, cooking and cleaning dishes.
We prefer the person who can work in busy kitchen.
Food handlers certificate necessary. Also basic knife skill required.
We strongly prefer more than 2 years of experience of commercial kitchen.

Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas
- Support kitchen operations by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Follow food safety standards and guidelines to uphold quality and freshness
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring dining areas are clean and presentable
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
- Customer service skills to interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Experience in restaurant, banquet, hotel, or similar settings is advantageous
