Position: Production Team Lead
Status: Fulltime Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: 6:30am to 3:30pm, M-F, overtime as needed
Location: Savannah, GA 31302

Seoyon E-Hwa is a leading automotive parts manufacturing company specializing in precision injection molding solutions. Dedicated to innovation and excellence, our primary focus involves offering Tier 1 manufacturing support to the automotive OEM’s. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Production Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate would be bilingual English and Spanish.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Production Team Lead to support the management of production teams working on car interior parts. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring production goals are met, and assisting with team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Team Support: Supervise and guide a team of production workers, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
- Production Oversight: Monitor and ensure efficient production processes for car interior parts.
- Quality Control: Help maintain high quality standards and resolve any production issues.
- Training: Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing support.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities and team performance.
- Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with some leadership experience preferred. Previous experience with Injection mold headliner production is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
