The Instructional Team Advisor (ITA) serves as the initial point of support for their assigned team of teachers and is a valuable contributor to the school’s leadership team. ITAs provide training, support, communication, guidance, and mentoring. They are responsible for guiding teachers in the best practices of their duties and also oversee work sample collection, attendance, AWRs, and other compliance requirements such as the YET (Year End Transition) process. ITAs are also expected to be engaged members of the leadership team and actively contribute with additional duties as needed.
