The Professional Development Coordinator will work closely with the Director of School Support to provide essential support for teacher development and training. Key responsibilities include assisting with New Teacher Training and supporting the Mentor Teacher Program. The Coordinator will also play an integral role in the planning and execution of the annual Professional Development Conference. Additionally, the Professional Development Coordinator will be responsible for updating and maintaining the staff portal, managing staff bookmarks, and providing training sessions to staff on various tools and strategies. In addition to these core duties, the Coordinator will take on various other responsibilities as needed to support the ongoing growth and development of the school's instructional staff.
