We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in matching caregivers with clients, ensuring seamless scheduling, and providing excellent support to both caregivers and clients. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and teamwork.
This position starts in person at $28 per hour with a 90-day probation period. If expectations are met, the role transitions to a salaried position at $68,640 per year, with on-call responsibilities once fully trained.

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in scheduling or an administrative role.
- Ability to pass a state background check.
- High school diploma required, Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a professional setting.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer software (Outlook experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills—must treat clients, caregivers, and staff with respect and professionalism.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- A high level of personal integrity, reliability, and goal orientation
- Background in the Healthcare or In home care is plus!
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Match caregivers with clients based on needs, skills, and availability.
- Manage schedules using company software, ensuring all shifts are covered.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduling updates in Excel.
- Communicate schedule changes promptly with caregivers and clients.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts by working closely with clients, caregivers, and management.
- Handle new client service inquiries as needed.
- Assist with training new caregivers during orientation.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- On-call responsibilities will begin after transitioning to a salaried role.

Work Environment
- This is an in-person position based in our office for 90 days of training in our Oakmont office in Santa Rosa. Once salaries here is a possibility to transition to a hybrid.
- Occasional travel for meetings may be required.
- The role starts hourly and transitions to salaried after the 90-day probation period, contingent on meeting expectations.
- On-call duties will begin after the transition to salaried and work weekends when needed.
