Operations Team Member Job Description:
- Responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered.
- Perform a wide range of repair tasks around offices: in Cobb County (Kenesaw), Gwinnett County (Suwanee & Norcross) and Clayton (College Park)
- Work independently while at the same time possessing the ability to use common sense to accomplish the tasks required efficiently and effectively.
- Self-motivated and willing to step in and help out wherever necessary.
- Duties and responsibilities:
- Cleaning offices.
- Able to complete work order forms
- Take directions.
- Be organized.
- Have the ability to effectively communicate with supervisor, manager and staff.
- Take on all tasks with a friendly “can-do” attitude.
- Perform all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.
- Maintain all maintenance storage rooms in an orderly fashion and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory control of tools, equipment and supplies. Perform maintenance inspections in the offices to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance are operating.
- Maintenance projects, i.e., preventive maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness of inside and outside of the offices.
- Recommends measures to improve methods of operations, performance, safety and quality of service.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor as needed.
Qualifications include:
- Experience in general maintenance.
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred but not required
- Maintenance knowledge is imperative along with the capability to assess health and safety requirements.
- Ability and willingness to take direction and follow through as directed.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
Job Type:
- Hourly : $21.00 p/ Hour
