Large skilled nursing facility in Far Rockaway, Queens is seeking a Staff RN for full time days or nights. 12 hour shifts!
Willing to Train New RN Grads who have passed the NCLEX!

Responsibilities:
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition
- Assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered and apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions
- Implement physicians’ orders; administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures and special tests and document treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- New York State RN License
- Minimum Associates Degree
- Current BLS/CPR
- Excellent communication abilities and critical thinking is a must.
- Knowledge of EMR a plus
