This Serco position supports the PM PNTs product support services requirement for logistics engineering support services, installation, and repair, and field support (e.g., training, new equipment fielding, and property support; and Field Service Representatives, etc.) for new or existing hardware and software products. You will be part of a team that collaborates closely with the customer and other team members to deliver quality support.

In this role you will :

• Serve as highly experienced technician capable of resolving complex system failures, developing preventive maintenance programs, training less experienced technicians, identifying systemic failures, and conducting root cause analysis in collaboration with engineering
• Manage deliberate program of developing junior technicians
• Provide oversight to ensure support equipment (test measurement and diagnostic equipment etc.) is regularly calibrated and maintained by all field sites
• Troubleshoot and repair systems, performs software updates
• Install, modify, wire, fabricate and maintain systems
• Distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will have :

Additional 5 years of experience may be substituted in the lieu of a four-year degree.
