Serena & Lily is currently seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to support the growth and optimization of our website. Positioned to make an impact on day one, the Coordinator’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : product launches, site merchandising, content coordination and product category optimization. Reporting to the Ecommerce Associate, this position requires the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with ease, a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and an intellectual curiosity for ecommerce and home design.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Site Optimization & Monthly Product Launches :
Master ecommerce technology systems (Ampliance, Constructor, Elastic Path, Yotpo) and leverage developed skill set to improve online customer experience.
Launch new product on the website.
Visually merchandise key category product pages.
Leverage insights from Constructor.io, GA4 and market trends to suggest improvement opportunities and optimizations for key categories.
Load and track all brand imagery within a content management system.
Load and track brand product copy.
Partner with merchandising to ensure we’re offering the best experience online for the products we are selling.
Brand Content & Promotions :
Update site content to align with promotional and brand calendar.
In partnership with Ecommerce Associate, create linking strategies that support primary brand stories and site content pages.
In partnership with Digital Marketing Team, support with mining and publishing user
generated content.
In partnership with Marketing, create new product grids to support brand stories or promo needs.
Assist with promotional set-up, including linking strategies and building new shops to support events or new content launching on site.
Actively contribute in cross-functional meetings to ensure that business goals are met.
Support team members in tasks and projects, as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1-3 years of work experience, ideally in ecommerce or retail.
Bachelor’s degree
Passionate about the ecommerce space and interior design.
Eager to work in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
Able to build constructive and effective relationships with teammates and cross functional partners.
Detail oriented and highly organized.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently with strong time-management skills.
Analytical ability and a desire to learn from data.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Possesses a great sense of humor, endless curiosity, and an excitement to help develop and support the brand as an integral member of the team.
Self-starter who is able to take initiative in response to changes in the business.
Creative and eager to constantly challenge our approach and offer new ideas.
COMPENSATION :
67k-$70k per year is the anticipated starting base pay for this role. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as : experience, education, and skills.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance should they choose to participate in Serena & Lily’s benefits. Employees can enroll in our company’s 401k plan. During the first year of employment, full-time employees accrue twenty-one days of PTO and seven paid holidays throughout the year.
