What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meal prep, medication).
• Encourage independence and community involvement.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and progress.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in healthcare, social work, or caregiving (preferred but not required).
✔ CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
✔ Strong communication & teamwork skills.
✔ Driver’s license & reliable transportation (required for community activities).
✔ Passion for helping others live their best lives!

Job Details:

Location: Williamsburg, VA (In-person)
Schedule: Weekends only, 12 AM – 4 PM
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
