Pay: $55,000 - $58,000 | Full-Time (Salary)
Serengeti Care is seeking a Client Care Manager (CCM) to lead and support our care team and ensure our clients' highest quality of service. This role is perfect for a compassionate leader with experience in home care, case management, or healthcare coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client care, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Conduct client assessments, create care plans, and manage ongoing care needs.
- Supervise caregivers, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and operational tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or case management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment.
- CNA, HCA, or relevant certification preferred.
