Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist with experience in the mental health field to ensure our organization meets compliance standards, improves service delivery, and maintains the highest level of care for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, compliance, and regulatory requirements within mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of mental health services provided.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission).
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance service delivery.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Train staff on best practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze data and report findings to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Investigate and resolve client complaints related to service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or auditing within the mental health field.
- Knowledge of mental health regulations, Medicaid/Medicare policies, and accreditation standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
