What are your duties?
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area
- Verify and collect patient information
- Assist with client registration and check-in process
- Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle inquiries and process payments
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth flow of client appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist in a great experience for our clients
What experience is good to have?
- Previous experience working in a spa or similar front desk role is preferred
- Familiarity with retail and an understanding of ensuring a happy client
- Proficiency in using phone systems, computerized scheduling software, and other office equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy with our team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office management practices and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
- Organizational skills: 1 year (Preferred)
