Community Liaison Hospice

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Community Liaison to join our team. This role is essential in building and maintaining relationships within the community, promoting our services, and driving engagement through effective communication and outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on direct sales.

Duties

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage community members and organizations.
• Conduct direct sales activities to promote services.
• Manage territory effectively to maximize lead generation and market penetration.
• Analyze market trends and community needs to tailor outreach efforts accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales management to align community initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Attend community events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the organization.
• Build strong relationships with local businesses, stakeholders, and potential clients to foster partnerships.
• Provide feedback from the community to inform service improvements and new offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience in direct sales.
• Strong background in sales or territory management is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation and analyzing market data for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various audiences.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with community engagement practices is a plus.
