Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Data Specialist to join our Data Team. In this role, you will lead complex data initiatives, including creating or optimizing ETL processes, enhancing data models, and developing advanced reporting solutions to drive business objectives. This position requires a versatile professional with expertise in multiple aspects of data management and analysis, as well as the ability to lead projects independently.
Required Background:
We need someone who knows the ‘full stack’ of business analytics that can hit the ground running. Must have expertise in at least three of the following roles and be conversant in all:
Data Engineering
Data Warehousing
Data Analysis / Science
Business Intelligence Engineering
Project Management / Data Project Lifecycle
Fluent SQL Skills: You should be able to explore raw data, write complex queries and procedures, optimize queries for performance, and debug broken jobs.
Ability to meet with the business, understand their needs, translate that into a planned solution, and build it collaboratively with stakeholders and the rest of the data team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in data-related roles.
Experience with SQL SERVER, MS Power Platform, MS Azure, and SSIS is a plus.
Experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a plus
