Serenity Hospice – an Addus family company – is looking for a qualified RN Medical Staff Services Leader to oversee clinical operations in our Salem, OR location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospice care, with at least one year of experience and a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program. They should also possess excellent knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, state, and federal guidelines for hospice care.
This leadership position involves supervising a team of direct care clinical staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring their performance.
