This Patient Care Manager role offers a unique opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals who share a passion for delivering outstanding patient-centered care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient services, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance program outcomes- Oversee staff scheduling, supervision, and ongoing education- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs or supervise designated QA staff- Maintain accurate and complete medical records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations- Plan and implement staff education programs to promote excellence in patient careQualifications
- Current RN licensure or equivalent healthcare professional license and education- Minimum five years' experience in healthcare, including two years of supervisory experience- Demonstrated administrative ability, including knowledge of healthcare policies and program responsibilities- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance- Current CPR certification- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
