We are a growing Real Estate Firm seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Marketing Coordinator that is passionate about customer service, working in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in the operations of social media platforms.
1.Administrative Support:
- Manage the brokers calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare and organize documents, including contracts, listing agreements, and client correspondence.
- Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and property listings.
- Assist with transaction coordination, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Input and manage property listings in the MLS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with MLS regulations.
- Ensure agent files are compliant with local and state real estate regulations, managing deadlines and document accuracy.
- Assist new hire realtors with initial setup, including technology, systems, and procedural onboarding.
-Coordinate and schedule vendors for property management maintenance and inspections which includes coordination with tenants.
2.Marketing Coordination:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote properties and the brokers brand.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and email newsletters.
- Design marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and virtual tours for property listings.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Assist in planning and executing open houses, client appreciation events, and other promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
-Assist in identifying target audience segments and crafting tailored marketing strategies.
-Support the development of branding, positioning, and messaging for products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.
-Analyze data from various sources (surveys, social media, web analytics) to generate actionable insight.
-Prepare reports on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
-Conduct testing and other research methods to evaluate marketing tactics and optimize performance.
-Provide recommendations based on research findings to enhance product positioning and market penetration.
3.Company Culture and Activities:
- Create and manage activities, meetings, and events that align with and promote the company's culture and values.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers, property owners, investors, vendors, and tenants, ensuring ongoing communication and service.
4.Relationship Management:
- Act as a liaison between the broker, clients, and external partners.
- Assist in maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, owners, investors, vendors, and tenants.
Work Environment:
This role is based in a fast-paced real estate office and may require occasional evening or weekend work to support events or meet client needs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and thrives in a collaborative environment while supporting both the broker and company culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
