Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities
- Data input accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Setting project files, tracking proposals, making follow up calls.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Utilize Google Suite for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
- Proofread correspondence and other documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, construction is helpful.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software is essential.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Some bookkeeping experince helpful.
