Will work hand in hand with Director of Social Services and Director of Admissions and Marketing as well as the Administrator to ensure social services tasks are completed. These tasks include, but are not limited to the following : Completing Pasrrs, submitting prior authorizations, promoting a positive image of the entire retirement community, assessments as needed, meet 1 : 1 with families and residents, manage grievances, assist with admitting residents to the assisted lliving and the skilled nursing home and all other duties as assigned.
