Duties
- Assist in managing daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.
- Support budgeting and revenue management efforts to maximize profitability while maintaining quality service.
- Oversee the night audit process to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
- Train, supervise, and motivate hotel staff to deliver outstanding guest services.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Monitor occupancy rates and assist in implementing strategies for maximizing revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hotel premises.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, guest services, and night audit procedures.
- Proficiency in budgeting and revenue management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
