Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building strong customer relationships through outbound/inbound calls, with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction, identifying sales opportunities, gathering feedback, and ensuring customers are engaged and supported throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound/ inbound calls to new, existing, and past customers to build relationships and promote engagement.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, or past interactions to maintain consistent customer communication.
- Provide information about products, services, promotions, and solutions based on customer needs.
- Understand customer profiles and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-ups for account managers or sales reps as needed.
- Address customer questions or concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer data in CRM systems.
- Collect customer feedback to improve processes, services, and overall experience.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on customer strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, marketing, public relations or a related field preferred.
- 1β3 years of experience in outbound/ inbound calling, customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Confident and persuasive phone presence with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet outreach targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call logging tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Positive, goal-oriented attitude and the ability to handle objections or rejections professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [e.g., telecommunications, finance, tech, retail, transportations, BPO, RPO, oil and gas, real estate, pharmaceutical etc.].
- Knowledge of outbound campaign strategies and sales techniques
