Job Description:
The client is seeking a short-term Program Director to lead the implementation of an enterprise electronic health record platform for all facilities overseen by the client.
The EHR Program Director, under the direction of the EHR IT Program Executive, guides the EHR Program team through planning and is the central point of communication, maintaining a common vision, plan, and goal across all areas of the program.
The selected candidate must be a results-oriented individual with a very strong work ethic and must be able to demonstrate excellent IT Project Management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. This position will be responsible for working with senior-level business executives, IT personnel, and business program resources to execute project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations. The Program Director will work with client team and the selected vendor to complete implementation of the system. This position will manage the day-to-day activities for the project.
