- The Client seeks a Technical Support Analyst for a contract position.
- Tech Support Services requires a shortterm contractor in the role of Technical Support Analyst. This position will provide much needed support for administration of production DB2 CICS Endevor and X / PTR systems. The person filling this position should have
- The ability to evaluate complex SQL queries and recommend suggestions for better software performance and cost savings
- The ability to provide CICS administration problemsolving and debugging support interfacing with application developers as well as DIT personnel
