Business Data Analyst Key Responsibilities -
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize business reports and critical performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze and interpret data to uncover insights and support decision-making.
- Develop clear and concise reports to convey project results and data insights to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Participate in project planning sessions and provide analytical support to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify and report potential risks, and propose actionable solutions to mitigate issues.
- Analyze existing programs to identify improvements or resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement strategic solutions within the ERP system(s) to enhance business processes.
- Oversee the integration of new technological solutions, ensuring compatibility and efficiency with existing business operations.
- Manage and refine data transfer and integration processes, such as EDI and ETL, to uphold and enhance data integrity.
- Continuously update and expand knowledge of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in business analysis.
- Ensure all environmental practices and materials are handled and disposed of per appropriate procedures in your area.
- Support Serigraph's current quality business system and understand the use of SPECS, the Serigraph quality manual.
- Minimum of 3 years in data analysis and business reporting.
- Proficiency with Excel, Cognos, PowerBI, ETL software, SQL, and EDI protocols.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile frameworks.
- Knowledge of good departmental and company safety / housekeeping / PPE practices.
- Understand departmental procedures and policies.
- Familiarity with PLEX MES / ERP is beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand code is a plus.
- Background in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
- Degree in Data Analytics or equivalent preferred.
