Responsibilities of the Web Developer 1 -
- Analyze user requirements, design, and document innovative software solutions through end-user interviews.
- Develop, unit test, system test, and deploy robust, high-quality software.
- Deliver Tier II technical support for resolving complex issues.
- Create and deliver end-user training and documentation collaboratively.
- Provide ongoing technical support for designated business systems.
- Proactively ensure product quality by halting production to address issues and reporting non-compliant processes to management.
- Evaluate existing programs to identify problems and implement more efficient techniques.
- Communicate effectively with end users across the business.
- Adhere to standards, programming methodologies, and development procedures.
- Ensure environmental practices and materials are managed and disposed of following appropriate procedures.
- Support Serigraph's current quality business system and utilize SPECS, the Serigraph quality manual.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
