Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the front line of our customer service efforts, providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
- Document all customer interactions in the system and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
