Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the frontline support for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our products and services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse customer base, providing them with the assistance they need in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
