BDC Representative Qualifications:
- Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
- Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
- Must like being part of a TEAM
- Clean background check
BDC Representative Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments by means of proactive inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Set appointments
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our Service offerings
- Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
- Work in close partnership with Service Advisors to provide them with detailed information regarding service appointments
- Meet specified monthly targets and goals
- Direct customers to service information resources.
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other service personnel and department promptly
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude
BDC Representative Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Prior customer relations or BDC experience required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Self-starter, motivated and success driven
- Confident, positive and high energy presence
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
- Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
